As part of ANW Special Education’s transition to a new accounting system, our processes for substitutes and staff have changed this year. To ensure you are set up correctly in our system and able to access your information and the Substitute Teacher Report to submit days you subbed for payment, please review the steps below:

Skyward Access & Account Setup

• If you are unsure whether you have a Skyward account or if you have forgotten your Skyward login credentials, please submit an IT Ticket (found in the top right-hand corner of your screen). Be sure to include why you are reaching out and your email address so the IT Department can follow up with you.

• If you have never substituted for ANW Special Education, you must complete our new hire paperwork (link below) and then follow up with our HR department using hr@anwcoop.com
to ensure we have everything needed to get you started in our system. This step helps the process move quickly and smoothly.

• Once your new hire paperwork has been received and processed, you will receive an email from Skyward titled “Welcome to Skyward” with instructions to create your user account.

Please make sure to complete this step promptly (24 hours) — Skyward is the system where you will:

• Notify us when you have subbed for our organization

• Review and print your paystubs

• Keep your personal information up to date

• Access other important employment information
