As a member of our support staff team, you'll receive comprehensive on-site training before you ever enter the classroom. At ANW Special Education, we believe in setting our team up for success — our hands-on preparation ensures you feel confident, supported, and ready to make a positive impact from day one.
We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13–$18, with opportunities to work directly with students in meaningful and rewarding ways.
