WHAT TO DO IF YOU'RE INJURED AT WORK?
1. Report the Incident
You must notify both your supervisor and Ashlynn Aikins at the Central Office as soon as possible, even if the injury seems minor. Early reporting helps ensure timely care and proper documentation

2. Medical Attention – You Have Two Options:
OPTION 1: Contact Ashlynn at the Central Office
Email: workcomp@anwcoop.com
Ashlynn will schedule an appointment for you at the nearest approved provider.
OPTION 2: Call the 24/7 Work Comp Hotline 866-830-5609 – You will speak with a doctor over the phone.
Please call the hotline if Ashlynn is unavailable.
Note: You are not required to see a doctor or call the hotline if you don’t feel it’s necessary.
However, you are still required to complete and submit the Employee Incident Report.
