As an Instructional Coach, I am available to provide support to all ANW staff, however much of my focus is targeted support for new professional staff.  This in turn impacts student achievement and fosters a collaborative approach among all educational stakeholders.  Instructional coaching models and provides opportunities for lifelong learning and continuous improvement.  In addition to these broad approaches for support, I provide state and local-level training for co-teaching coaches and teams.
