Please email your work requests to:     itwork@anwcoop.com
In the subject line type:                        IT WORK REQUEST
In the body of the email please provide the details of your Work Request. This should include:
          -The nature of the problem, i.e.: computer won’t boot;
             Monitor is flickering etc… The more info the better.
          -Your hours,
          -Your location,
          -A contact number with best times to reach you, and
          -What you perceive the criticality of the work to be;
             meaning if this is urgent or an emergency please explain why.

You should receive an automatic acknowledgement stating the request was received and is PENDING SCHEDULING. If you do not receive this acknowledgement (within 1 business day) please contact the Central Office at 620-473-2257 and ask for the IT Department.

Based on the information you provide, I will assign a priority and category to your work request and then schedule the work to be done.

Once I have your work request scheduled, you will be sent an email stating your WORK REQUEST IS OPENED which may contain additional info regarding the scheduled time to complete the request. You should receive this email within 2 or 3 business days. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days please contact the Central Office at 620-473-2257 and ask for the IT Department or my cell at 620-717-3790.

OPERATION CRITICAL requests can and should be called in, but MUST be followed up with an email request that conforms to this procedure so that the request can be logged and tracked. Please contact the Central Office at 620-473-2257 and ask for the IT Department or my cell at 620-717-3790.

If you do not send the email to itwork@anwcoop.com and in the subject line type: IT WORK REQUEST then your request will not flow in to my TASKS folder, and this will cause delays in my being able to assist you.

Once your work has been completed, I will email you to notify you that I am CLOSING WORK REQUEST.

I understand that everyone needs urgent help at times, and I hope to be able to assist all of you in as timely a manner as possible and following this procedure will help insure that I can. I greatly appreciate your patience and help on this matter, and look forward to working with you.
